Night Shift Supervisor

Job title: Night Shift Supervisor Salary: DOE Location: Colnbrook My client is looking for a Night Shift Supervisor to join their team, this role would fit into the Warehouse. You will ensure work is allocated fairly amongst the operative. You will lead by example, maintain high levels of professionalism and ensure appropriate staffing and training across departments. They will regularly review employee competency and identify opportunities for development and upskilling. Duties: Coordinate the picking, scanning, testing, quality checking, storage and movement of equipment Coordinate the loading and unloading vehicles and managing returning rental stock Work closely with other teams to resolve stock discrepancies, equipment shortages and system issues Ensuring accurate asset control Provide effective shift handovers You will also support and cover management responsibilities when required Maintain high Health and Safety standards Carry out inspections Contribute to training documentation Improve storage and stock-handling processes Maintain tidy and safe working areas and encourage Attributes: Be able to build strong working relationships with colleagues To be able to work in a fast paced environment ..... full job details .....
