This Night Shift Setter role offers long-term stability, excellent bonus potential and the opportunity to support and develop other team members while contributing to continuous improvement across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSet and operate CNC perforating and punch presses.Produce quality components while achieving production targets.Carry out quality inspections in line with ISO procedures.Maintain excellent housekeeping and health and safety standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives, including SMED and 5S.Deputise for the Team Leader when required.Assist with training and developing colleagues.Contribute to environmental and quality objectives.Skills and ExperiencePrevious Night Shift Setter or punch press setting experience.Mechanical or manufacturing background.Ability to read engineering drawings.Competent using micrometres and verniers.Good computer literacy.Excellent written and spoken English.Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous.Forklift licence or experience is desirable.Working HoursSunday...
