Night Shift Production Supervisor

Alexander Steele Recruitment are working with an established food manufacturing business based in Hertfordshire, who are seeking an experienced Night Shift Production Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing night shift production, food safety and team performance. The Night Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all production activities during the night shift to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacture of food products. The role involves managing production teams, maintaining quality and food safety standards, meeting production targets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
