Night Shift Production Manager High-Risk Food Manufacturing Barnsley About the Role I am currently recruiting for a Night Shift Production Manager to join a leading food manufacturing business at their high-volume site in Barnsley. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced production leader who has worked within a fast-paced, high-risk food or meat manufacturing environment and is confident managing large teams across multiple production lines.The site operates at pace across 7 to 8 production lines, so the successful candidate will need to be hands-on, commercially aware and comfortable leading people, performance, safety, quality and output on a busy night shift.The RoleAs Night Shift Production Manager, you will take responsibility for leading a team of approximately 45 people across a high-volume, fast-paced food manufacturing operation. You will be accountable for delivering production plans, driving line performance, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and ensuring your team operates safely and efficiently throughout the shift.Hours: Night shift, 12-hour shifts.
