This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced production leader who has worked within a fast-paced, high-risk food or meat manufacturing environment and is confident managing large teams across multiple production lines. The site operates at pace across 7 to 8 production lines, so the successful candidate will need to be hands-on, commercially aware and comfortable leading people, performance, safety, quality and output on a busy night shift.
