We re seeking a Night Shift Production Manager to oversee operations and lead a team of five area leaders across Test, Corrosion, Paint and Strip, and Build.Your RoleAs the most senior person on site during the night shift, you ll be responsible for: Conducting site walk-throughs and production check-ins Managing team performance and ensuring compliance Overseeing all night shift production activities Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement Your TeamYou ll lead five direct reports, each responsible for a key production area.
