Are you an experienced team leader or supervisor who enjoys taking ownership, motivating people and making sure things run smoothly?We re looking for a Night Shift Process Supervisor to take charge of a production team at a busy manufacturing site in Brandon, Suffolk.This is a hands-on leadership role where you ll be responsible for people, performance, safety and quality, helping to create a positive and high-performing night shift.The Role As Night Shift Process Supervisor, you ll lead the team through each shift, setting clear expectations and making sure production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently achieved.You ll be expected to spot problems early, make practical decisions and keep production moving while supporting and developing your team.Key responsibilities include: Lead, motivate and support the production team throughout the night shift. Set clear shift targets and monitor performance against output, quality, safety and downtime measures. Coach operators, develop skills and encourage a positive can-do team culture. Deal with performance and behavioural issues fairly and consistently. Maintain high standards of health and safety, PPE, housekeeping and hygiene.
