Night Shift Printing Operative

Job Description: We are looking for a technically minded and detail-focused Digital Print Operative to join a well-established company based in Newhaven on an ongoing basis. This role is ideal for someone experienced in digital print who is confident working with systems, file handling, and colour-critical workflows. Previous experience operating Xerox digital printing presses is essential for this role. Duties will include: Operating and monitoring digital print machinery. Ensuring print jobs are completed accurately and to quality standards. Setting up and adjusting machines as required. Carrying out routine checks and basic maintenance. Meeting production deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience operating at least one of the following: Xerox Iridesse (preferred) Xerox Versant Xerox iGen Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently on night shifts. Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Desirable Experience using Fiery RIP software. Previous experience within a print production environment. This is an Temporary ongoing position.
