Job Overview and Schedule Shift Times: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM Rota Pattern: 4 days on and 2 days off rolling schedule, including weekends and public holidays Key Responsibilities Carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works within occupied residential properties. Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic plumbing systems including taps, toilets, showers, sinks, pipework and drainage systems. Completing plumbing installations and replacements as required. Undertaking additional multi-trade duties including:Basic carpentry Basic electrical work (like-for-like) Small area tiling Patch plastering Diagnosing faults and resolving maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
