Location: Stoney Stanton, Leicestershire
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hourly Rate: -16.06 (includes night shift allowance - full shift must be completed)

We''re recruiting reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established site in Stoney Stanton. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual handling and heavy lifting (up to 40 kg)

• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Meeting daily output targets under site leadership

• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain workflow and productivity

What We''re Looking For:

• Valid UK driving licence (essential due to location and shift hours)

• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately

• Physically able to lift up to 40 kg, with no history of neck, back or shoulder issues

• Previous experience in production, warehouse, or similar environments

Desirable:

• Forklift Truck (FLT) licence - training can be provided

• Familiarity with warehouse systems and equipment
