Production volumes are increasing, the night operation is expanding, and for the first time, they''re creating a dedicated Night Shift Operations Manager to take complete ownership of the site overnight.This isn''t a glorified Shift Manager role.When the days leave, you''ll be the senior operational leader on site.You''ll have around 100 people operating across production, with Shift Managers reporting directly into you and dotted-line responsibility across Engineering, Hygiene and Quality.
