This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for someone with strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills looking for a long-term career opportunity.The Role:As a Night Shift Operations Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in managing the transition between day and night operations, ensuring all plans are completed smoothly and efficiently.Your duties will include:Coordinating night shift operations and planning workloadsActing as the main link between daytime operations, night shift, and the following day teamManaging and adjusting plans throughout the shift when requiredCommunicating with drivers, customers, suppliers, and internal teamsSupporting transport operations and ensuring deadlines are metMonitoring driver movements and operational requirementsResolving issues quickly in a fast-paced environmentPreparing detailed handovers for the incoming day shift teamEnsuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all timesThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in transport planning or operations coordinationKnowledge of transport and driver legislationExperience managing HGV drivers and transport operationsAir cargo / freight experience ..... full job details .....
