The successful candidate will oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring products are picked, loaded and dispatched safely, accurately and on time to support next-day deliveries.The RoleAs the Night Shift Warehouse Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 30 warehouse colleagues, driving operational performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service. You will work closely with warehouse supervisors, transport, supply chain and senior management to ensure the smooth running of the night operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop a team of approximately 30 warehouse operatives and supervisors.Plan and coordinate all night shift activities to ensure operational targets are achieved.Conduct daily shift briefings covering safety, workload and operational priorities.Oversee the accurate picking, replenishment, loading and dispatch of products across ambient, chilled and frozen ..... full job details .....
