Night Shift Manager

Job title: Night Shift Manager Salary: DOE Location: Colnbrook My client is looking for a Night Shift Manager to join their team, you would play a pivotal role within the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and will suit someone who has previous first line management experience. Previous experience running/ working on the Night shift is beneficial. Duties: This is a critical leadership role focused on delivering operational excellence Eliminating shortages, maintaining strict stock accuracy You will act as the key link between teams You will take full ownership of night shift performance Ensuring workloads are completed accurately and on time while preparing clear priorities for the following day Improving scan accuracy, enforcing returns and double-scanning procedures Ensuring urgent equipment, including sub-hires, repairs, shortages, and new stock is identified and moved without delay. Health and Safety leadership Manage staffing levels Conduct return-to-work interviews Oversee absence and holiday processes Deliver regular 1-2-1s, Drive performance through clear feedback, development plans, and competency reviews Personnel management Conflict resolution Attributes: Great and demonstrable leadership skills Very good communication skills.
