Health & Safety Promote a strong safety culture on the shop floor. Complete risk assessments, report incidents, and submit near misses. Adhere to all safety policies including PPE, LOTO, Knife Safety, and others. Participate in 6S inspections and continuous safety improvements. Quality Assurance Ensure only calibrated equipment is used. Assist in SOP development and product testing. Manage questionable stock and ensure product quality meets specifications.
