Talent Guardian is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established and growing food manufacturing business based in Park Royal, London.

We''re looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Shift Kitchen Assistant to join their busy production kitchen.

You''ll be working alongside two experienced chefs, helping with food preparation, keeping the kitchen organised and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the night.

You don''t need to be a qualified chef! We''re looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn and a hands-on approach to work.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Assisting two chefs with day-to-day food preparation and kitchen tasks.
• Preparing, organising and passing ingredients to the chefs as required.
• Ensuring ingredients and equipment are readily available throughout the shift.
• Keeping kitchen workstations clean, tidy and organised.
• Washing and cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils and preparation areas.
• Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the chefs with general kitchen duties to keep production running smoothly.
• Working as part of a small, friendly team in a busy food production environment.

• No previous chef experience required!
• Previous experience in a kitchen, food production or food manufacturing environment would be beneficial but isn''t essential.
• A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
• Someone happy to get stuck in and help wherever needed.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and an understanding of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work the required night shift hours.

• £14 per hour.
• Permanent, full-time position.
• Monday to Friday night shifts, 9pm–6:30am.
• 45 paid hours per week.
