The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production areas, equipment, and facilities meet the highest hygiene and sanitation standards. This role plays a vital part in maintaining product safety, supporting audit compliance, and promoting a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities: Carry out scheduled cleaning of production lines, food-contact surfaces, machinery, and surrounding areas. Safely dismantle and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Operate cleaning equipment and use hygiene chemicals safely, including CIP systems, foaming equipment, and disinfectants.
