Night shift Hygiene Manager

D R Newitt are working with a a close client in the Food industry who are currently seeking a Night Shift Hygeine Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The client are highly respected and this is an excellent opportunity for soemone to come in and make a positive impact. On offer is a salary of £60,000-£65,000 plus benefits. Key duties: Responsible for leading all aspects of the site including functions such as Operations, Quality, Distribution, Planning, Safety and Wellbeing, Customer Service and Business Process Management. Principal responsibility is to be in charge of leading and developing the efficiency and effectiveness of the operational business activities with accountability for the achievement of financial goals. Manage a Best Practice approach, supporting the company wide process and initiatives ensuring continuous improvement to enhance business execution. Work across business units and maintain close working relationships within all internal departments, customers, strategic partners and other stakeholders with whom the business has touch points in its operation. Lead the company s vision and values to all employees. Serve as a role model for this vision and values and create and foster a culture of integrity throughout the organization with the Operations Manager to set the site up for success.
