Night Shift Hygiene Manager (6 Month FTC)Location: Caerphilly Salary: Up to 45,000 DOEOur client is currently seeking a Hygiene Manager to join their manufacturing team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in reviewing and improving hygiene processes and documentation, Working as a key member of the operations team, you will lead the hygiene function on the night shift, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and compliance are maintained whilst driving continuous improvement across the site.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the hygiene team during the night shiftMaintain and continuously improve hygiene standards across the siteReview and improve hygiene documentation, including CIP systems and cleaning recordsEnsure compliance with Health and Safety, hygiene, and technical standardsPlan labour and resources to achieve productivity and cost targetsLead training, development, and performance management of the hygiene teamPromote a culture of continuous improvement and strong cross-functional communicationMonitor hygiene performance through KPIs and support internal and external auditsRequirementsPrevious experience in a Hygiene Manager or Hygiene Supervisor role within a food manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of hygiene standards, food safety, and audit requirementsExperience managing CIP systems and hygiene documentationProven leadership and people management experienceExcellent organisational and ..... full job details .....
