Night Shift Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing business in Lincolnshire, seeking a skilled Night Shift Engineer to join their engineering team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-volume production environment where engineering plays a key role in driving performance, reliability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across production lines
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
- Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities
- Ensure all work is completed in line with food safety and H&S standards

Who they need:

- Multi-skilled engineer (electrical or mechanical bias considered)
- Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on night shifts
- Relevant engineering qualifications
