They are currently looking for a Cut and Crease Machine Minder to join their production department, working on a Night Shift.Key Responsibilities:Proven recent and significant experience of setting up and running blankingProven ability to train and mentor other mindersAble to demonstrate potential to act as Lead / Supervisor, or previous supervisory / lead experienceEnsure the quality of cut and creased work and compliance with the company ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS18001, ISO14001, BRC and any other standards and operating procedures which become applicable to the company in the futureObtain the best possible production levels at all timesVary overtime working hours to optimise productionEnsure that the relevant cutting and creasing machine is maintained, kept clean and efficiently runLiaise regularly with the Production Manager and planner to ensure the most efficient production within the overall production planEnsure that the machine is fully operational at all timesMake every effort to restart production when the ..... full job details .....
