This is a 12-hour night shift role and is ideal for someone with experience supporting individuals with complex respiratory needs. Previous tracheostomy experience is essential , including confidence with tracheostomy care and nebuliser administration via tracheostomy . You will provide safe, person-centred care throughout the night, following the individual''s care plan and clinical guidance. You will support with respiratory care, monitor for any changes in breathing or condition, assist with secretion management and escalate any concerns appropriately. Experience with suctioning is desirable, but candidates must only carry out suctioning if they have been appropriately trained and assessed as competent.
