We are looking for several experienced light assembly operatives who are confident with small, delicate, fiddly products for an engineering company in Rugby. This is a clean room role where you handle ceramics products, use tweezers, operated a simple machine and handle chemicals. Some of the products are from the defence sector so you need a steady hand a good appreciation of quality.
