Night Shift Injection Mould Setter Location: CannockHours: 40 - 48 hours per weekShift: Sunday Wednesday, 8:00pm 6:00am, Thursday, 10:00pm 6:00amPay: £14.50 per hour + £2.00 per hour night shift allowanceBenefits: Paid breaksWe''re looking for an experienced Injection Mould Setter to join our night shift team. This is primarily a hands-on setting role, with some responsibility for supporting and overseeing the night shift team when required.Key Responsibilities Set, adjust and optimise injection moulding machines to achieve efficient, high-quality production.Carry out mould changes and process adjustments to minimise downtime.Monitor product quality and resolve any process or quality issues.Troubleshoot machine faults and escalate engineering issues where necessary.Complete production and shift documentation accurately.Support continuous improvement by helping reduce scrap, downtime and cycle times.Assist with training and supporting operators on shift.Help ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.Act as the main point of contact on nights when required. About You Previous experience setting injection moulding machines is essential.IMT Level 3 Setter qualification (or equivalent setting experience) preferred.Experience working in a manufacturing environment.Some supervisory or team-leading experience would be beneficial, but this is not the main focus of the role.Good problem-solving skills and a quality-focused approach.Reliable, organised and able to ..... full job details .....
