Location: Central London. Nearest tube stations: Bayswater, Paddington.
Rate: -16.34 per hour (circa -35,686) plus overtime opportunities
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off. 4 NIGHTS (Apply online only)) 4 OFF.

Do you have 5 STAR customer service skills? Would you like to work in the security team at a high-profile London location comprising a luxury hotel and high-end apartments?

Applicants must hold a SIA DS license, have prior security experience and be happy working perm night shifts.-

Essential criteria:

• SIA DS License holder
• Prior security experience working in a high-end environment such as luxury hospitality or similar is essential.-
• Strong customer service skills
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• Happy working perm night shifts, 4 on, 4 off.
• Happy undertaking front of house duties which will involve standing for a large portion of your shift.

Duties to include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer focused manner
• Manage access control to the site
• Front of house duties
• Issuing passes to visitors and staff members
• Internal and external patrols
• Operation of CCTV and access control systems
• Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
• Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
• Respond to emergency situations
• Work as part of a customer focused team
