Night Receptionist FULL TIME

It is essential to be able to work independently with confidence and have great time management skills.As a Night team member with us, youll need to handle all hotel operations throughout the night to ensure our guests have everything they need.

Skills and ExperienceExperience in previous work in a similar position will be beneficial, also our induction and ongoing training will support you to do the role.

Have a passion for delivering an outstanding service to our guest, no matter what time of the night. Be familiar and confident to Health and Safety, Fire Safety as well as policies and procedures. Have excellent organisational and communication skills, but yet flexible to meet needs of the guest and business. Enjoy problem solving and keeping calm in a crisis. Have positive attitude towards everyone with ability to make guests feel at home.

What does it mean to work as a Night Team Member?As a Night Team Member, you play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests throughout the night. Your responsibilities may include working independently at times, while always being approachable and available to assist guests whenever needed.

Key responsibilities include:Maintaining a safe and secure environment in the hotel during nighttime hours.Being a friendly point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcome to ask questions or request assistance at any time.Conducting regular checks of corridors and public areas.Handling reception duties such as night audit, guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, managing cash, and responding to phone calls and emails.Demonstrating thorough knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and hotel services.Setting up and cleaning public spaces.Maximizing occupancy and applying effective up-selling techniques to promote the hotels services and facilities.

Please note that working hours are 10:30pm

7am. You will be flexible and ready to work thru the week and weekend nights.
