About the Role
This temporary Night Receptionist role with Berkeley Scott covers ad hoc shifts in Central London, paying £18 per hour plus holiday pay. The successful candidate will welcome and check in late-arriving guests, handle requests, queries and complaints professionally, and complete overnight audits alongside standard reception duties. They will assist with security, monitor and report maintenance or operational issues, and respond calmly to unexpected situations. Preparation of reception for the morning team, including a clear handover, forms part of the job. Applicants should have previous Front Office or hotel reception experience, strong customer service skills, and the confidence to work unsupervised throughout the night.
Night Receptionist andndash; ADHOC
As a Night Receptionist, youandrsquo;ll be responsible for providing excellent guest service throughout the night while supporting the smooth running and security of the hotel.
Pay: andpound;18 per hour

Key Responsibilities

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
- Previous Front Office or hotel reception experience.
- Experience with Opera Cloud.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Friendly, professional and guest-focused approach.
- Calm and confident when handling challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently overnight.
