We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established food manufacturing business in the HU7 area of Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking ongoing, full-time employment in a fast-paced production environment.

Working on a simple packing line, you''ll play an important role in ensuring products are packed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

Shift Pattern

• 6:00pm - 6:00am
• 12-hour shifts
• 4 days on / 4 days off
• Regular full-time hours
• Ongoing work with immediate starts available

The Role

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Packing products on a production line
• Checking products for quality before packing
• Labelling and preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures
• Working efficiently as part of a team
• Meeting production targets and deadlines
• Assisting with general production duties as required

What We''re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual individuals
• Able to work on your feet for long periods
• Comfortable working in a chilled food production environment
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
