Reporting to the General Manager and Deputy Manager, this role is essential in providing excellent customer service and an unrivalled resident experience during night hours. Resident Services and Concierge Duties: Act as the first point of contact for residents during night hours, handling all enquiries and requests promptly and professionally. Assist residents with carrying parcels, shopping bags, and suitcases (of a normal weight). Maintain a polite, professional, and discreet manner at all times. Security and Access Control: Conduct regular patrols throughout the building and grounds to ensure safety and security. Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access control panels. Ensure all external doors and entry points remain secure. Respond to emergencies, including fire alarms or security breaches, in line with site protocols.
