This is a lone working role and therefore requires a totally trustworthy individual with a strong sense of responsibility, a strong proven track record and excellent references.- Whilst on duty you will be situated on the reception desk where you will be responsible meeting and greeting residents, for monitoring the CCTV, the fire alarm panels, visitors entering/leaving the building and managing the parking spaces.- You will need to answer the telephone/intercom, issue keys (in compliance with security procedures), and complete the day book by recording any complaints/incidents/new residents/contractors on site etc.- You will be required to be highly vigilant and take responsibility for the security of the building and will require physical walks of the communal areas intermittently through the night for the purpose of checking for...
