Night Operations Coordinator, Location: Gloucester, Shifts: Sunday-Thursday (20:00 start) Salary: £30,049.50 per annum, Sector: Logistics / Warehouse / Operations Support, Temp to Perm Opportunity About the Role Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Night Operations Coordinator to join their busy Gloucester Control Room. This is a central role within the operation, acting as the data hub for the wider warehouse network and supporting multiple depots across the UK.You''ll play a key part in driving performance through data, supporting operational teams, and helping maintain a consistent, high-performing culture using best-in-class operational practices.Full training will be provided on all internal systems - no prior knowledge required.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and analyse daily and weekly productivity data across the networkMonitor system compliance for up to 15 sitesSupport operational teams with system and equipment queriesCommunicate effectively with depots via phone, Microsoft Teams, and emailAssist with administrative duties within the Gloucester operationContribute to KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiativesWork closely with teams at all levels of the operationEssential Skills and ExperienceStrong computer skills, including Microsoft ExcelExcellent problem-solving abilityConfident communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and workload management skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to meet deadlinesFlexibility to cover ..... full job details .....
