With new sites opening all the time, the opportunities are exceptional.They are currently looking to recruit a Night Manager to support their team their Birmingham New Street Site.The role is a 40 hour contract, 4 days out of 7. You will work overnight shifts.The Role:You will be part of the management team for the site and will have accountability for the overnight operations of this 24 hour site.Managing a small team your role will be tonsure the smooth running of the site, ensuring the safety and security of your team and your customers.Delivering exceptional customer service in a highly customer centric environment.A strong leader, able to deal with the challenges of running an overnight operation in a high profile, busy, City Centre location.The Person:You must be flexible to work overnight shifts and be able to commute to the site during those times.Experience managing a team at Supervisor / Team Leader / Assistant Manager / Manager level is essentialIdeal candidates will come from the Hospitality / Leisure / Retail sectors.Strong, confident communicator.Some experience of working in the nighttime/overnight environment would be advantageous but ..... full job details .....
