You''ll play a crucial part in keeping the factory clean, safe and fully compliant with food safety standards, ensuring production can run smoothly the next day.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in high standards, and is comfortable working night shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning and HygieneCarrying out deep cleaning of production areas, equipment, tools and machineryUsing cleaning chemicals safely and following COSHH guidelinesDisassembling and reassembling machinery (after training) for thorough cleaningCleaning floors, walls, surfaces and high-touch areasEnsuring all work areas meet strict food safety and hygiene standardsFactory and Equipment CareCompleting end-of-shift washdowns of production linesCleaning conveyors, mixers, fillers, ovens, preparation tables and associated equipmentEmptying waste, sanitising bins, and ensuring waste areas are kept cleanReporting any hygiene, equipment or maintenance issues promptlyCompliance and SafetyWorking in line with food safety regulations and internal hygiene proceduresCompleting hygiene records accuratelyWearing the correct PPE at all timesFollowing Health and Safety ..... full job details .....
