We are currently looking for an experienced Night Hygiene Manager to join our Kettering site. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term career development and progression. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Night Hygiene Team to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained. Plan and coordinate hygiene activities in line with production requirements. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, COSHH, and Health and Safety standards. Conduct hygiene inspections, audits, and verification checks. Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice across the site. Manage hygiene resources, including labour, equipment, and cleaning materials. Support employee training, development, attendance, and performance management.
