Night Housing Assistant
About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Housing and Support Assistant(Night) to join a supported housing service in Uxbridge. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service while helping to maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment. This is a varied role combining reception, administration, housing support, and health and safety responsibilities.Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and external agencies.Deliver excellent customer service and respond to enquiries professionally.Carry out reception duties, including answering calls, managing emails and post, processing payments, and reporting repairs.Welcome new residents and assist with sign-ins, move-ins, and general enquiries.Conduct regular health and safety, security, and wellbeing checks throughout the building.Monitor and report maintenance issues, anti-social behaviour, incidents, and safeguarding concerns.Maintain accurate records, update internal systems, and complete incident reports.Support residents by providing information, guidance, and signposting to relevant services where appropriate.Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently.Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment for residents and visitors.Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality housing and support ..... full job details .....
