General Operator (Night Shift) - SwindonPay: 13.86 per hour + 33% shift allowance ( 18.43 per hour incl.) Hours: Monday-Friday, 23:00-07:00We are recruiting for a General Operator to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a regulated cleanroom environment where quality, safety, and attention to detail are essential. You will support packaging and manufacturing operations while ensuring full compliance with GMP standards.Key responsibilities include: manual packing of pharmaceutical products, following SOPs for cleanroom gowning and cleaning, material handling, stock and consumables checks, cleaning equipment and production areas, line clearance and labelling checks, completing accurate documentation in line with data integrity requirements, reporting non-conformances, and maintaining strict health, safety and GMP compliance.What we''re looking for: GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English, strong attention to detail, ability to stay focused, good communication skills, ability to follow written procedures, and a reliable, self-motivated attitude.
