You will be the calm, capable presence residents rely on through the night, keeping the lobby immaculate, managing access and safety, and supporting a community of busy professionals and families. With South Quay DLR, Canary Wharf Underground and the Elizabeth line close by, this is a well-connected, high-profile setting where service standards are uncompromising and every shift brings variety. Your schedule will be four nights on, four nights off, 19:00-07:00. ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will deliver warm, attentive front-of-house service while maintaining vigilant oversight of security, access and building standards throughout the night. You will manage the desk, monitor CCTV and conduct patrols, handle resident requests and issues, and complete thorough logs and handovers to the day team.
