As the first point of contact during the night, you will help ensure the safety of residents, respond to incidents and emergencies, and maintain a secure and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Provide overnight waking cover and act as the first point of contact for residents. Monitor access to the building, CCTV systems and visitor entry. Carry out regular health & safety, welfare and security checks. Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents and challenging behaviour. Administer first aid where required and liaise with emergency services and on-call management. Maintain accurate records, incident reports and handover notes. Report maintenance and health & safety concerns promptly. Assist with basic cleaning and upkeep of communal areas to maintain a safe environment.
