This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Concierge or Front of House professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards within a residential environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide a welcoming and professional front of house service to residents and visitors. Manage resident enquiries promptly and efficiently. Monitor access control and maintain building security. Receive and distribute parcels and deliveries. Coordinate contractor and visitor access. Carry out routine inspections of communal areas and report any maintenance issues. Maintain accurate records, logs and handover notes.
