Based in Bath, this safe house provides tailored, person-centred support to help individuals transition from victim to survivor. The setting welcomes women of all nationalities, faiths, and sexual orientations.Your new role As Night Concierge, you''ll be the first point of contact during waking night shifts, ensuring the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of residents. You''ll provide a warm welcome to new arrivals, offer empathetic support, and respond to emergencies or out-of-hours referrals. Your responsibilities will also include:- Welcoming and settling newly referred residents arriving overnight.- Providing emotional and practical support to residents during night hours.- Conducting regular building checks to ensure safety and security.- Responding to emergencies and escalating issues appropriately.- Managing out-of-hours referrals and liaising with relevant services.- Answering phone calls and maintaining clear communication logs.- Completing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.- Performing domestic and cleaning duties to support the smooth running of the house.- Ensuring safeguarding protocols are followed at all times.- Lone working confidently and using initiative to manage the shift.- Supporting residents with basic needs such as refreshments or comfort items.- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all ..... full job details .....
