MS615 - Night ConciergeSalary: £12.48 per hourLocation: Salford, Manchester Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Night Concierge on behalf of one of our clients.The role of Concierge will be to deliver a responsive, efficient, high quality and customer focused estate management service, to ensure communal facilities and services provided in the properties are reliable, safe and good quality. You should be able to show that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Hours of work are a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.Duties and Responsibilities: Operate in line with the values of the company to deliver the highest levels of customer service. Provide a professional and knowledgeable estate and facilities service to residents in a range of developments and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.Inspect and grade communal areas and estates, raising any issues, following up with appropriate corrective actions.Identify opportunities to improve a development.Provide a responsive and efficient estate, block and facilities management service to ensure residents communal areas are pleasant and well-maintained.You will be required to clean the building to a high standard including cleaning of the communal and exterior areas of the building, bin stores, walkways, entrance ways and stairwells.Work collaboratively ..... full job details .....
