Our client, a leading provider of purpose-built student accommodation, is seeking a dedicated Night Concierge to join their vibrant community in Elephant and Castle.This is an exciting opportunity to become the first point of contact for residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night.About the RoleAs a Concierge, you will play a key role in safeguarding residents and maintaining the smooth running of the building overnight. From monitoring building security to supporting residents with excellent customer service, you''ll be a calm, confident presence who keeps everything operating safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesResident Support and SafeguardingProvide an exceptional level of customer service-approachable, vigilant, and responsive at all times.Act as the first point of contact for all resident enquiries during night hours.Identify safeguarding concerns and report them in line with internal policies.Be aware of residents with higher-risk needs and ensure appropriate support measures are in place.Security and Health and SafetyControl access to the building and monitor CCTV systems.Conduct regular internal/external patrols and Health and Safety checks.Record all findings through established procedures.Take appropriate action in emergencies, including fire procedures and contacting emergency services.Administration and HandoverComplete duty ..... full job details .....
