Whatever your specialism, you’ll help create a safe, inclusive and empowering environment where people can thrive and move forward with confidence.  As the  Night Concierge  at the service at  Wallsend , you’ll be the steady, reassuring presence that keeps the accommodation safe, secure and welcoming for young people and adults at risk of homelessness. You’ll manage building security, respond to emergencies, carry out safety checks and provide calm, practical support when it’s needed most.  You’ll bring confidence, clear communication and experience working with vulnerable people—plus a commitment to safeguarding, equality and respectful practice.
