Job Title: Night Concierge
Location: South West London
Reports to: Residents Manager / Operations Team
Role Overview:
Provide excellent front-of-house service, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficiently managed environment for residents and visitors. Support asset, risk, and contract management routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by telephone, and via email.
- Respond to complaints and concerns professionally, escalating where necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of external areas.
- Operate and manage amenities, including coffee and beverage facilities.
- Assist with mobilisation, risk management, and contract administration.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence (Category B) for equipment operation.

- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Other Responsibilities:
- Support financial management and budget awareness.
