Our client is seeking a Night Concierge to cover the front desk night shifts at this luxury residential block located near Farringdon tube station. You must be courteous, polite and positive to residents and have previous strong front desk/concierge experience.  Duties will include ensuring that the front desk is covered for the duration of the shift, assisting residents, guests and visitors when and where required, logging mail and deliveries, managing CCTV and monitoring the security of the grounds and development, ensuring effective security of the building, answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries, ensuring that the common parts of the building are kept clear of obstructions, reporting any damage or malfunction of any plant to the Building Manager, ensuring all contractors and service personnel in attendance at the building are properly signed in and out and  carrying out any additional duties as directed by the Building Manager and the Managing Agents. All applicants must be extremely customer focused, able to deal with demanding clientele, have a good command of the English language both written and spoken, be security conscious and with good attention to detail.
