Routine duties will be to provide a professional and welcoming front of house reception facility for residents and visitors, key management, parcel and mail management, dealing with visiting contractors ensuring they have a right to be there, dealing with phones, queries, security and health and safety and generally supporting the managing agent in ensuring the property is run well.
