Key Responsibilities:Provide a

five-star front-of-house service

to residents and guests during the night

Manage calls, emails, and in-person queries with professionalism

Maintain the building''s presentation - flagging and reporting any issues

Liaise with residents, contractors, and the management team

Assist with audits, health and safety checks, and compliance reporting

Work in partnership with the on-site security team (you are

not responsible for CCTV or patrols )

Excellent communication skills
