Night Concierge
to join a large luxury residential development in Fulham. You will be the welcoming presence for residents and visitors, ensuring smooth operations and a safe environment overnight.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-class front-of-house service
Respond to resident requests and queries with professionalism
Complete nightly patrols and health and safety checks
Oversee amenities, equipment checks, and audits
Support with waste management (Category B licence required)
Candidate Profile
Previous customer service experience (hospitality or residential an advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working independently
Valid UK Driving Licence (Category B)
