Night Concierge - High-End Residential Location: Central LondonSalary: £28,000 - £30,000 Hours: Wednesday-Friday + every other SaturdayShift: 7pm - 7amEmployment: Full-time/Permanent The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Night Concierge to join a small, prestigious residential building in London, comprising of 30 flats. This is a fantastic role for someone who takes pride in delivering a professional, discreet and first-class service to residents and guests. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the front of house throughout the night. Key Responsibilities Providing a warm, professional and discreet welcome to residents and guests Managing the reception and front-of-house area throughout the night Monitoring access to the building and ensuring appropriate security procedures are followed Handling resident requests and enquiries in a calm and professional manner Managing deliveries, post and couriers Monitoring CCTV and building systems Conducting regular checks of communal areas and reporting any issues Responding appropriately to maintenance issues, incidents and emergencies Liaising with contractors, emergency services and relevant stakeholders when required Maintaining accurate handover notes and communicating important information to the day team Ensuring the building remains secure, well-presented and running smoothly overnight Providing consistently high levels of customer service to residents About You ..... full job details .....
