Night Concierge (1 year FTC)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Night Concierge to join the team at an established boarding school in the heart of central London (WC1A), on a one year fixed-term contract (end date in June 2027).The Night Concierge will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional reception service throughout the night, supporting students with any queries or concerns, and helping to maintain a safe, secure and well-managed environment.You will be a key point of contact for students overnight, providing assistance where needed and escalating any urgent welfare, safeguarding, security or maintenance concerns to the appropriate member of staff.We are looking for someone who is reliable, approachable and calm under pressure, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a reception, concierge, security or overnight environment would be beneficial, and experience within student accommodation would be advantageous.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo provide a welcoming, professional and approachable reception service to students, visitors and staff throughout the night;To act as the first point of contact for students with queries, requests or concerns, responding in a helpful and solution-focused manner;To manage visitor access and ensure all visitors follow the appropriate sign-in and access procedures;To issue and manage student keycards, fobs and other access devices where required;To monitor access to the building and remain ..... full job details .....
